I found it very easy to communicate with and and access their website through links sent to me via text, from registration to check in. Site was clean, front check in staff friendly and competent, equipment in back seemed modern, staff seemed competent in their use. But there was too much confusion in what I was being told from inaccuracies to staff contradicting each other. MD seemed especially proficient and explained every step of the procedure that he was about to perform on me. I liked that. His written report was first rate. It was quick and easy. I would go to them again and I recommend them.

appointment setup was easy and efficient. Day of appointment was efficient with minimal waiting time. Loren explained everything that she was going to do and we were done quickly. They told me I should expect to be there 30 min ahead, plus 30 min for scan time and I was only there 40 min total. The report was very detailed and thorough and the cost was much cheaper than the hospital which was important to me because I have to pay out of pocket until my deductible is met. Fantastic experience!

EDIT: This did get resolved, RMI said it was a BCBS billing insurance mistake and handled it. The staff & medical workers were top notch!! Nothing but great things to say about them! The billing however… is terrible!!! I had to pay a large amount up front on the day of the appt, then still received multiple bills with different amounts each time. The statements are very confusing. I clarified the total payoff amount and was assured that was the final bill. I paid it in full…….THEN five months later I received another bill. I won’t go back to them due to whatever their billing!

my appointment was on time, all members of the staff were professional and helpful. My MRI went off without any glitches. I was very pleased with my experience at the Novi facility.

Fast, professional service at an affordable price: I visited the RMI - Novi branch yesterday and was really impressed with the speed and efficiency of the process. I arrived early for my appointment and they invited me right in. I was done even before my scheduled time! The staff members were helpful, professional and friendly. I would definitely return in the future if I need additional scans.

The mammogram and ultrasound techs were very prompt and accommodating to my time and to the fact that I had a full bladder they did not make me wait. My appointment for the ultrasound was not for another 30 minutes however they took me back as soon as possible. They did not act like it was a problem or it was inconvenience at all. They were both very kind.

The services at the RMI Novi Clinic are outstanding from staff at the front desk to technicians. I was impressed with the patient care, attention to details, explaining every step of procedure and checking on how patient was doing. I want to thank Lisa, Greg, Jennifer, and Candice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. My wait time was only a couple minutes. MRI was completed really quick. Facility was clean. Highly recommend! Staff worked with me to get imaging disc to my doctor.
